Nicholas Lotito is an attorney with over 30 years of experience in criminal law. A former trial attorney with the United States Department of Justice, Antitrust Division, he received the department's special achievement award for his excellent work. Mr. Lotito is a past President of the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and has chaired its Amicus Committee.
Seth Kirschenbaum holds many leadership positions in elite legal organizations. He also has over 30 years of experience in the practice of law, having served as a U.S. Department of Justice, Antitrust Division, trial attorney and as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the United States Attorney's Office for the Northern District of Georgia. Georgia Trend Magazine has named him as a member of the Legal Elite. He is also a member of the Chief Justice’s Commission on Professionalism, representing all criminal lawyers in Georgia on the commission.
