A former federal prosecutor, he is a past president of the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and for many years chaired that group’s Amicus Committee. He also recently taught law to students in Vladivostok, Russia.
Attorney Kirschenbaum has served as a trial attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice, Antitrust Division, as well as an assistant U.S. attorney for the United States Attorney's Office in the Northern District of Georgia. He has also held leadership positions in several professional organizations, having served as President of the Atlanta Bar Association. He is currently a member of the Board of Governors of the State Bar of Georgia. He now applies his considerable prosecutorial experience to your criminal defense.
